I’ve been trying for two days to contact them to see how my grandsons doing, they had called me to say he wasn’t doing good with the program and I can’t seem to get anybody to answer my call back.

The office people are rude. I work evening and night shift. I ask if I can see my daughter earlier because I'm working, they told me no. Calling them to ask about my daughter , they getting rude with you, and you don't get a correct answer. I took my daughter out because this is very bad. It's jail not Rehab. Don't take u kids there.
