I've called and suggested this center to many people because they are helpful and caring. My last few conversations has not been my pleasantry. Was hasty to get me off the phone, dismissive and seem a bit distracted. Several times as I was speaking I had to ask her if she was even listening. This is a place where people call to get help and possible solutions not to be treated as if they are nuisance. She was very unpleasant. It could have been a bad day for her but there are people who are calling because life is bad and they are being vulnerable to seek help. I suggest employee gets more training on job etiquette.
