Russell County Counseling Center Opelika Addictions Center operates intensive outpatient treatment programs (IOP) for adults who are chemically dependent or who abuse substances, and their families. IOP services are designed to assist consumers in recovering from the disabling effects of substance abuse while promoting healthy alcohol/drug free lifestyles through maximizing consumer and family strengths and skills for coping with situational stressors.
