St Anne's Home is a residential Alcohol and Drug Rehabilitation facility located in the historic area of downtown Birmingham, Alabama.
The facility is located near the University of Alabama Medical Center and St Vincent's Hospital.
St. Anne's Home provides services to clients from a variety of backgrounds, educational levels, and socioeconomic groups.
St. Anne's Home works closely with pregnant women, women with dependent children, and IV drug users.
Their program is very disciplined, highly structured, and full-time.
SAH is state certified.
All their efforts are totally focused on creating the maximum opportunity for a lasting recovery for each client.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
There are 5 sets of requirements that must be met by each applicant for admission to St Annes.
Basic Requirements
In order to be considered for admission or placed on a waiting list, the applicant must meet the following requirements:
Must be female and 19 years of age or older, and Must have completed primary treatment within the last 12 months. Documentation Requirements
For an application to be completed, the applicant must provide the following documentation:
A copy of the discharge summary from the primary treatment facility. A copy of the state psycho-social assessment (within the past six months), dual diagnosis form and a treatment plan. If this assessment is not available, St Anne's can conduct an assessment for a one-time charge. A copy or printout of the Social Security Card, Medicaid Card, or Judges Letterhead verifying the clients Social Security number, valid Driver's License, or U.S. Passport. A copy of all authorized medications, prescription and over the counter. These OTC medications include vitamins, nasal spray, Advil, Tylenol, etc. This list must be signed by a physician. Prescription Medication Requirement
In addition and prior to admission, the Inpatient applicant must provide a months supply of all prescription medications and a copy of two months of prescription refills. Discharge Contact Requirement
As a condition of admission, the applicant must agree to provide St Annes Home with a contact phone number and a forwarding address upon their discharge. Cost
