residential services mental health symptom management relapse prevention individual and group counseling substance abuse health and wellness referral services support groups psychiatric evaluation medication monitoring family education housing referrals stress management programs geared toward a healthy and self-sufficient life and independent living skillsPrograms include individualized treatment and supportive services.
Comprehensive service plans target a variety of interrelated areas that facilitate the ability to be an active member of the community.
Supportive services include screening, pre-admission assessment psychiatric/medication services, substance abuse treatment, group therapy, aftercare, community referrals and housing assistance.
Recovery services include group and individual counseling, psychiatric evaluation, medication monitoring, family involvement, assistance in self-administration of medication, and independent living skills.
