Home Avenue Clinic Espanol/Other Languages Drug Addiction ServicesProvides methadone maintenance and detoxification treatment; counseling services; urine drug screen monitoring; fee-based drug testing services, and methadone maintenance to narcotic dependents. Fees vary. Please call for more information. Ages 18 years and older. Will test minors with guardian present. The Home Avenue Clinic/San Diego Treatment Services provides medically supervised methadone maintenance and Suboxone (buprenorphine) detox treatment to individuals who are attempting to overcome an addiction to or dependence upon heroin or other opioids.

I’m currently in a sober living in vista, looking to relocate down to the south county it’s closer to work I have stop funding and medical if needed or let me know the fees.

Federal Poverty Guidelines for 2023

For Households with more than 8 persons, add $4,480 for each additional person.

*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get legal aid from some offices, they use a sliding fee scale. When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
