About Horizon Services (HSI) | Cherry Hill Detox

Maintains 30-50 sobering station client spaces and 25 three to five day detox bed spaces on the Fairmont Hospital Campus in San Leandro.

Program is designed to serve men and women withdrawing from alcohol and other drug (AOD) use who are also experiencing co-occurring mental disorders (COD).

Accepts program referrals from other AOD treatment programs, mental health and social service agencies, law enforcement agencies, hospitals, families, individuals and self-referrals.

Fees $50 admission fee; no one turned away because of inability to pay

I want and need help to detox, my sister told me about Cherry Hill and I want to try it. I always hear good things about this place so I’m coming in tomorrow morning. I make the call to change the rest of my life.

It's a perfect place to get clean and rest and get yourself back on track and if your train happens to jump track again cause relapse is a part of sobriety, they don't keep score it's always a open door.

Do you help with nausea From methamphetamine use? Do you give medication to help with anxiety,? Do you help address trauma situations?

I didn't have anything when I just showed up, had no where to go, tired and sad broken hearted and scared, if you don't have a way to pay they have resources that no one is denied the chance and opportunity in finding correction or in pursue of there sobriety, you don't have to worry about anything, it was wonderful.

Federal Poverty Guidelines for 2023

This table is to be used if this rehab center accepts sliding scale treatment. This will show you what levels of income you need to make to qualify for free treatment.

For Households with more than 8 persons, add $4,480 for each additional person.

*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get legal aid from some offices, they use a sliding fee scale. When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
