Children's Home Society - Substance Abuse Program - Mid-Florida DivisionService Description: Provides mental health and substance abuse service for adolescents (12-17 year olds) who have been identified at risk through their excessive use of drugs. Substance abuse problem must not require immediate crisis stabilization. Individualized treatment services offered depend on the needs of individual client and include outpatient services and in-home counseling. Hours of operation:
