About Grant Street Partnership Women\'s Rehab

Grant Street Partnership Women's Rehab provides partial hospital, intensive outpatient and outpatient programs for men and women with substance abuse problems, mental health, and transitional housing for homeless males. Primary medical care is available for program members. Day Programs: Monday - Friday from 9 am - 1:30 pmEvening Programs: Monday - Thursday from 6 pm - 9 pm As a federally qualified health center, Cornell Scott-Hill Health Center provides an income based sliding fee scale to uninsured persons.
The Center accepts most forms of insurance.

These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get legal aid from some offices, they use a sliding fee scale. When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
