The Center For Drug Free Living Orlando has numerous detox facilities.
The Center is the only drug treatment detox facility in Orlando that servies patients ordered there by a judge.
There are 40 beds for this 4 county region.
The center for drug-free living, inc. (The Center) is a comprehensive, community-based behavioral healthcare provider, serving the Central Florida Community since 1971.
A tax-exempt, 501 (3) Florida corporation, The Center is licensed by the Florida Department of Children and Families and nationally accredited through the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitative Facilities (CARF) since 1988.
Program components include substance abuse education, prevention, intervention, outpatient and residential treatment, methadone maintenance treatment, detoxification, drug court, HIV overlay, outreach, education, testing and supportive services, aftercare and juvenile justice services.
The Centers staff of over 500 professionals provided prevention, intervention, and treatment services to approximately 16,000 individuals last year.
The Center serves the residents of Central Florida regardless of age, sex, creed, race or ability to pay.
The Center has demonstrated a distinct commitment to the provision of services that are consistent with all local, state and federal laws, regulatory provisions, and the organizations code of ethics.
The Center is strongly committed to stopping the cycle of substance abuse and violence within their community in an effort to achieve and maintain healthy, productive lifestyles.
Costs and affordability:
All individuals seeking services at the Center will participate in a financial screening. They will do their best determine if you are eligible for any discounts or special funding that may be available. They accept many insurances, including Florida Medicaid. They also have some City, County, State, and Federally funded programs.
