I am so thankful for the help and hope you gave to my sister when she was battling addiction to prescription drugs. The program and support from local churches helped her realize there were people who cared at one of the lowest points in her life.

I am trying to get help for my granddaughter Chelsey Watkins, she is at a very critical time right now in her drug use, but unfortunately our family lives from paycheck to paycheck, Chesley has a 4yr old daughter that I have guardianship of, but this baby really misses her momma, chelsey is a good person with a big heart and she is an awesome mom, when she is not using, but unfortunately that never happens anymore, I dont wanna get the call to come and identify her at the morgue one day. I know these centers cost money, but I am hoping and praying that you can point me in the right direction, so that I can help my granddaughter, thank you for reading this, and God bless your ministry!

Have you used this rehab center? Was it free or did you use sliding fee to pay?

I was a patient there back in 2004 and to be honest my mind was so foggy at that time in my like I can not remember if I paid on a sliding scale or not. I do remember the cost for the total 60 days was $1000.00. And I will say it was worth every bit of it.

Federal Poverty Guidelines for 2023

This table is to be used if this rehab center accepts sliding scale treatment. This will show you what levels of income you need to make to qualify for free treatment.

For Households with more than 8 persons, add $4,480 for each additional person.

*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get legal aid from some offices, they use a sliding fee scale. When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
