Family Learning Center - Offers counseling to men, women and children. Services DeKalb only. Partial Hospitalization Program 4-6 month program for men and women whose primary diagnosis is mental illness. Clients must have Medicare Part B. Project 180 3 month program for homeless men whose primary diagnosis is mental illness. Clients are tracked for one year. Services metro atlanta. Lighthouse Project 4-6 month residential program for homeless men whose primary diagnosis is mental illness. Services DeKalb only. IMANI Project Outpatient/Aftercare program for men, women and children. Deals with HIV early intervention and prevention and services DeKalb only. Project Link Homeless case management service for men, women and children. Services DeKalb only. Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program Residential (6 mos. min.) program for men and women whose primary diagnosis is mental illness and have Medicaid. Offers therapy and peer support services.
