Macon Rescue Mission, Inc. help the men regain self-sufficiency, no longer controlled by addiction or their past. Jesus Christ is presented to each resident throughout the program. To address their immediate physical needs, their mens division is a residential program for homeless men. Since most of their residents have addictions, they help them focus on recovery. They provide the following services:Regular chapel servicesOn-site addiction recovery services through River Edge Behavioral Health Center (Alcoholics Anonymous/Narcotics Anonymous meetings, relapse preventions meetings)On-site GED classesLife skills coachingLeadership and accountability trainingReferrals to outside service providersWork experienceAssistance obtaining housingApartment furnishings provided to program graduates
