Mission Statement: Our primary mission is to support programs through the provision of information, materials, consultation and a wide range of high-level technical assistance. Secondarily, as Indiana's designated RADAR Network (Regional Alcohol and Drug Awareness Resource Network) State Center, we provide ATOD information, government publications and referral services to all Indiana residents. The IPRC's target audience for prevention programs includes individuals who are not drug dependent. Primary prevention programs serve non-users and those whose use has not progressed beyond experimental or infrequent casual use. Secondary prevention programs serve those who are in the early stages of drug involvement, while still reversible through education and intervention programs. The objective of ATOD prevention is a lifestyle free of interference caused by the use of alcohol, tobacco and other drugs. Such a lifestyle is predicated upon no use of illegal drugs and no illegal or harmful use of legal drugs.

*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get legal aid from some offices, they use a sliding fee scale. When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
