About Transformation House Anoka Mens

The Anoka Men's facility uses a four plex apartment building. This size creates a family atmosphere which helps the 12 clients feel close and secure. This facility is located on North Ferry Street, one-half block off Highway 10 in the City of Anoka, Minnesota. Anoka Men's is a Rule 31 full service facility.

Mission Statement: Transformation House mission is to rebuild people’s lives by supporting sobriety through discovery and development of self-awareness.

These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get legal aid from some offices, they use a sliding fee scale. When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
