Horizon Enrichment Center provides services for mentally and physically challenged adults in the community. All of the people accepted into this program have the opportunity to participate in individualized learning opportunities specifically designed to meet their needs. This program also provides respite for the care givers. Provides transportation to and from the program. Accepts Medicaid and private insurance. Diagnosed before age 18. Cannot be a part of another program such as VIP.
