Phoenix House Dublin Center provides long-term residential treatment for adults with substance abuse problems.
Treatment at the Center, located in the mountains of New Hampshire, is highly structured and focuses on resolving addiction issues, managing a sustainable recovery, and developing a healthy, productive, and meaningful lifestyle.
Based on assessment and evaluation, treatment options and lengths of stay are determined to best meet the needs of each of their clients.
Clients progress through three treatment phases:
orientation, primary treatment and re-entry/re-integration During the reintegration phase, clients continue living at their facility while they attend counseling sessions and maintain a full schedule of work and/or school in the community.
This final phase allows clients to develop positive social networks, arrange for continuing recovery support, and prepare to leave the treatment program.
This program is funded by the NH DHHS Division of Community Based Care Services, Bureau of Drug and Alcohol Services.
