Phoenix House East Hampton Outpatient Program serves adults with substance abuse issues which do not warrant residential treatment.
In some cases, clients may join their program after successfully transitioning from a residential treatment setting.
The Program offers a warm, compassionate environment that empowers clients in their recovery.
Their services include assessment, individualized treatment planning, group counseling, sober recreational activities, and referrals to a network of community service organizations.
Treatment is tailored to meet individual needs; hours are flexible and an intensive outpatient option is also available.
