The Suboxone Clinic is available for those living with an Opiate addiction who embrace recovery through therapy and medicated assisted withdrawal.
They serve adults, children, families, and elders who require therapy, medication services and suboxone treatment for substance use disorder.
Services are offered on a sliding fee scale based on income and family size.
