About St Elizabeth\'s Recovery House

St Elizabeth's Recovery House26 single room occupancy units for men who are homeless and have a substance use disorder with or without a co-occurring mental illness. The program is structured and requires resident readiness to change substance use behaviors. Residents pay 30% of their income for rent and $20 per week for food. Following graduation, follow-up support services are provided for at least one year.

These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get legal aid from some offices, they use a sliding fee scale. When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
