Service Description:
Provides transitional housing and support services for adults recovering from mood altering substances and/or a mental disability. Individuals must be willing to make a 6-12 months commitment to actively participate in the life skills program. In addition to a structured living environment, services included:
relapse preventionsubstance abuse and HIV/AIDS education NA/AA/Coda meetingslinkage and referrals to social and community resources drug screening and monitoring, etc. To be considered for placement, individuals must leave a voice mail message with name, call back phone number and DOB.
Appointments will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis.
Hours of operation:
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, leave voicemail anytime. Intake:
by appointment only on Tuesday and Thursday. No walk-ins. Fees charged:
