Do you have a step by step for services? If a person needed to get in to a place like this, how would they go about getting in the door?

Hello...my son us currently incarcerated in CALDWELL co jail on drug charges. He received paperwork today for a parole hearing, as he has already served 7 months. It is his first hearing, and ordinarily I wouldn't expect him to get it. However because of covid I suspect it could very well happen. How long is your waiting list? If course he is indigent and has no place to parole to. I'm on ssi retirement due to extended illness and am currently living with family, so I cannot help him.

Federal Poverty Guidelines for 2023

This table is to be used if this rehab center accepts sliding scale treatment. This will show you what levels of income you need to make to qualify for free treatment.
Persons In Family Household   Poverty Guideline salary per year
1 $14,580
2 $19,720
3 $24,860
4 $30,000
5 $35,140
6 $40,280
7 $45,420
8 $50,560

For Households with more than 8 persons, add $4,480 for each additional person.

*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get legal aid from some offices, they use a sliding fee scale. When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
