Mental Retardation Services - Bluebonnet Trails MHMR Center offers individually designed diagnostic and treatment services; coordinated with the consumer, family, schools and community agencies.
Services may include, but are not limited to:
service coordinationrespite and emergency carecounseling and other consumer and family support needed to assist the person in their home and communityDay programs for adults offer vocational training, supported employment and/or day rehabilitation services. Residential options include supported living, group homes or foster homes.
